From our humble roots on a farm in Sheboygan County, Arch now employs over 90 solar professionals with offices in Milwaukee, Madison, and our HQ in Plymouth. ETHOS GREEN POWER began in 2015, to serve the "driftless" region of Western Wisconsin.  Our mission today is to provide the highest quality solar energy and storage services to the rural areas surrounding Viroqua, WI.  Ethos demonstrates how we will create new rural jobs for our young people, stabilize and gain control over the cost of electricity, and move away from our dependence on costly fossil fuels.  We have a vision of a new rural economy based in an economic landscape of clean energy generators. We believe in the urgency of our collective climate crisis, and work to create an emergent culture to electrify and decarbonize our energy consumption with locally-owned distributed renewable energy systems.
